Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human cardiac troponin complex (MAb 7B9) or isolated slow skeletal isoform of TnC (MAb 1A2).
Specificity:

Human TnC. No cross-reactivity with cTnT and cTnI. All MAbs recognize TnC also in binary complex with cTnI.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for MAb 7B9
IgG2a for MAb 1A2
Applications:

TnC immunoassay and immunoaffinity purification.
All MAbs work in Western blotting.
Best pair for TnC sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): 1A2 – 7B9
MAbs can be used in high sensitivity cTnI sandwich immunoassay in pairs with antibodies specific to human cTnI (Cat.# 4T21) and Tn complex (Cat.# 4TC2).
Best pairs for Tn complex sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): Tcom8 (cat #4TC2) – 7B9
