Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with free human cTnT (MAb 2F3, 7G7, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11, 1F11, 7F4) or human Tn complex (MAb 7E7).
Specificity:

MAbs 2F3, 7F4, 7G7, 1A11, 9G6, 1C11 and 1F11 have no cross-reaction with skeletal TnT. Cross-reactivity of MAb 7E7 with cardiac TnI is 5 %.
MAb isotypes:

IgG1 for MAbs 9G6, 1C11, 7G7 and 7E7
IgG2b for MAbs 2F3, 1A11, 7F4 and 1F11
Applications:

TnT immunoassay and TnT immunoaffinity purification. It is possible to use following pairs of antibodies for sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection): 1C11-9G6, 1C11-7F4, 7G7-9G6, 7G7-1C11, 7G7-2F3, 1C11-7E7

Best capture antibodies for BIAcore are 1C11, 9G6, 7G7.
