    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of X63.Ag8.653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human recombinant tumor necrosis factor of alpha type.

  • Specificity:
    "

    MAb F6C5 is directed to different TNF-α epitope than MAbs 2C8 and 1D9. MAbs 2C8 and 1D9 are effective in inhibition of the biological activity of recombinant and natural TNF-α.

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for MAbs 2C8, 1D9, F6C5

  • Applications:

    MAbs 1D9 and 2C8 inhibit biological activity of TNF-α.

    Recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection): 2C8 - F6C5.

    MAbs 2C8, 1D9 and F6C5 work in immunohistochemistry.

  • Purification:

    Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)

  • Storage:

    +4 °C (+2 … +8 °C allowed)
