    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified bovine rotavirus, cell culture adapted strain MR.

    MAb 3C10: p42 inner capsid protein

    MAbs 2G6: Vp7 outer capsid protein

    MAbs react with bovine and human rotavirus. MAb 3C10 cross-reacts also with monkey rotavirus (SA-11).

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG2a for MAbs 3C10, 2G6

  • Applications:

    ELISA, Western blotting and IHC.

  • Purification:

    Chromatography on protein A Sepharose

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)

  • Storage:

    +4 °C (+2 … +8 °C allowed)
