    MAb 10E1cc recognizes htPAPP-A, consisting of PAPP-A subunits and proMBP subunits, in nonreducing
    conditions in Western blotting.

    Chromatography on protein A Sepharose.

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)
