Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with human IGFBP-5 recombinant fragment expressed in E. coli corresponding to amino acid residues Lys164-Glu272 (MAb IBPF87), synthetic peptide from human IGFBP-5 corresponding to amino acid residues Cys100-Glu120 (MAbs IBPF12 and IBPF16) or synthetic peptide from human IGFBP-5 corresponding to amino acid residues Ser125-Ile144 (MAb IBPF20).

IgG1 for MAbs IBPF12, IBPF16, IBPF20
IgG2a for MAb IBPF87
Applications:

All MAbs work in direct ELISA and Western Blotting.
Recommended pairs for IGFBP-5 immunodetection in sandwich immunoassay (capture-detection):
IBPF12 – IBPF87
IBPF16 – IBPF20
MAb IBPF16 works in IGFBP-5 immunoprecepitation.
MAbs IBPF16 and IBPF87 can be used for immunoaffinity purification.
