    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with purified human atherosclerotic tissue form of PAPP-A.

  • Specificity:

    Human recombinant PAPP-A and human endogenous PAPP-A from atherosclerotic tissue (dimeric form of PAPP-A). No cross-reactivity with human heterotetrameric complex of PAPP-A (PAPP-A/ proMBP).

  • MAb isotypes:

    IgG1 for all MAbs

  • Applications:

    dPAPP-A immunoassays and immunoprecipitation.

    Recommended pairs for specific detection of dPAPP-A antigen (capture - detection):

    PAPP52 (Cat.# 4P41) – PAPP30
    PAPP2 – 7A6 (Cat.# 4P41)

    Selective dPAPP-A immunodetection in Western blotting. MAb PAPP2 recognizes dPAPP-A in nonreducing conditions. No cross-reaction with human heterotetrameric complex of PAPP-A (PAPPA/proMBP) was shown for this MAb in WB.
