    Hybridoma clones have been derived from hybridization of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunized with highly purified protective antigen of Bacillus anthracis.

    MAbs are not cross-reacting with lethal factor antigen of B. anthracis, Y. Pestis, F. Tularensis, Toxoplasma gondii.

    IgG1 for MAbs C3, BAP0105 and BAP0106
    IgG2b for MAbs BAP0101 and BAP0102

  • Applications:

    Detection of protective antigen of B. anthracis.

    Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (capture - detection):
    BAP0105 - BAP0106, C3 - BAP0102

  • Purification:

    MAbs BAP0101, BAP0102, BAP0105 and BAP0106 are purified by chromatography on protein G Sepharose.

    MAb C3 is purified by chromatography on protein A Sepharose.

  • Presentation:

    PBS, pH 7.4, 0.09 % sodium azide (NaN₃)

  • Storage:

    +4 °C (+2 … +8 °C allowed)
