Hexon antigen of human adenovirus.
MAb isotypes:

IgG2a for MAb 8C4, 7F1
MAbs 1E11 and 7C11 are biclonal - mixture of IgG2a and IgM.
Both isotypes are adenovirus hexon specific.
Applications:

Detection of human adenovirus.
All MAbs are working in ELISA. Recommended pair for sandwich ELISA (capture-detection): 8C4 – 1E11
MAbs 7C11, 1E11 and 8C4 can be used in immunodiffusion and immunohistochemistry.
MAbs can also be used in lateral flow.

Chromatography on protein A Sepharose
